Based in Somerset in England we are within a few miles of Cheddar Gorge the home of Cheddar Cheese making. We are surrounded by Cheese makers some producing a few kilo's a day, others produce several tonnes. We receive a huge variety of requests for equipment. Sometimes a few moulds or a 200 Litre Vat. Stainless vertical pneumatic presses for cheese moulds. These presses are built to suit our own range of moulds but we can also supply designs manufactured to a different specification. Each press contains 70 to 100 moulds depending on size.


drum type grater suitable for semi hard or hard cheeses with a capacity up to 2000 Kgs / Hr


Poly propylene cheese moulds in curd weight range from 200 up to 7000 g. Moulds come in range of shapes, rounds, square, edam, ricotta. Moulds usually supplied with a follower and nylon drainer. Most moulds can be supplied with a suitable vertical pneumatic press.
